We offer exchanges only. We do not accept returns or provide refunds.

You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included.

• The item is not damaged due to misuse.

Exchange requests cannot be accepted for products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are missing their original packaging, tags, or accessories.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or exchange.
